Colorful Goat Cheese Salad
Ingredients
For one person, you should consider
75 g of mixed salad leaves
50 g of marinated beetroot cubes
65 g of strawberries
65 g of apple cubes
40 g of blueberries
25 g of raspberries
55 g of nectarine cubes
35 g of your preferred herb dressing
100 g of goat cheese
30 g of pomegranate-balsamic vinegar dressing
How to make?
Add fruits and berries to the salad mix, pour over the herb dressing, and gently toss. Place a mound of salad on a plate. Cut the goat cheese into sticks and arrange them on top of the salad. Drizzle with balsamic vinegar dressing.
