Mulgi porridge with smoked pork
Ingredients
For two people, you will need
320 g potatoes
100 g pearl barley
1 tsp salt
3 g pepper
120 g smoked pork
100 g onion
1 tbsp cooking oil
How to make?
Boil the potatoes together with the barley until soft, mash until smooth, and add a little salt.
For the topping, choose a piece of smoked pork to your liking: usually, fattier pork belly is preferred, but neck or another cut will also work. Cut the meat into cubes, fry in a pan, add chopped onion, and fry until the meat and onion are golden.
