Sea Buckthorn Cream

Ingredients

For two servings you will need
 
200 g curd cheese paste
200 g Turkish yogurt
50 g sugar
100 g sea buckthorn berries (for example, from Sepamäe farm)
10 g lime juice

How to make?

Puree the sea buckthorn berries (you can use either fresh or frozen and then thawed berries), then press the puree through a sieve to remove the seeds. If you prefer it with seeds, you can skip this step.

Mix the ingredients together and divide into serving dishes. Garnish with sea buckthorn berries.
