The best way to become friends with local food is to come and see for yourself how the ingredients are chosen, how they are made into food or drink, and then taste the results. Both producers and food providers sometimes offer cooking workshops. It is a wonderful world of scents, emotions, and flavors that shows consumers where our food comes from.
